Sierra Navarrete

Sierra is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office, handling immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visa matters.

Before joining the BAL legal team, Sierra worked with BAL’s Client Relationships team in outsourcing. She assisted with various client-side immigration processes, interacted with foreign national employees and supported clients’ designated BAL legal team.

Sierra is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In law school, she participated in an immigration externship focused on humanitarian-based and family-based immigration. In her free time, Sierra enjoys traveling and all things sports. She is also the proud owner of two hilarious dogs.
