Sharon is a partner in BAL’s Atlanta office. She works with companies of all sizes and leads a large legal team accustomed to processing high-volume workloads. Sharon enjoys presenting clients with innovative solutions to their business immigration needs and providing compassionate advice to both employers and their foreign national employees.

Sharon has served as the American Immigration Lawyers Assocation’s national director of education as well as in numerous liaison roles. She began the pro bono committee for her AILA chapter, representing foreign nationals in removal proceedings, and she headed the Detention Project for Catholic Charities. Sharon is a frequent speaker on business immigration topics, including a guest lecturer at Georgia State University College of Law and the University of Georgia College of Law.

Sharon loves traveling, learning new cultures and discovering new recipes to cook for family and friends.
