Shannon Reed

Shannon is an Associate in BAL’s Santa Clara office, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters for clients in the technology industry.

Prior to BAL, Shannon was an attorney at a boutique business immigration firm handling nonimmigrant, PERM and immigrant visa cases for individual and corporate clients working in technology, media and communications, the arts and scientific research.

Shannon is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is a former chair of the AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter, a past speaker at AILA California Chapter conferences and has been a member of several AILA national committees. In her free time, she enjoys reading, the arts, gardening and volunteering.
