Shane is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, where he leads a team of experienced immigration paralegals and provides strategic guidance to corporate clients across diverse industries.

With over 12 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, Shane advises organizations of all sizes on complex corporate immigration matters, including program management, the impact of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. His deep expertise includes U.S. temporary work and investment visas, permanent residency (green cards) and naturalization.
