September Weinberger

September is a Senior Director of Client Relationships in BAL’s Dallas office. She has more than 17 years of experience in complex immigration program management and client services. Working alongside BAL’s legal teams, she is responsible for overseeing client immigration programs and onboarding new clients to the firm. Through everything she does, her key focus is ensuring an exceptional experience for BAL’s clients and their employees.

Prior to BAL, September worked for global immigration firms in the U.K. and Germany, specializing in global immigration.

In her free time, September spends time with her toddler, triplet daughters and husband, and when she can — Pilates!
