Sawyer Skarski

Sawyer is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. He works on various aspects of employment-based immigration petitions for a global technology company. Sawyer’s practice focuses on writing-centric immigrant visa and nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Prior to joining BAL, Sawyer worked at a midsize corporate immigration firm on a variety of employment-based petitions for a multinational automotive manufacturer as well as J-1 physician waivers for a healthcare company. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and daughter.
