Rolando Cortez

Rolando is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, providing counsel and guidance to clients on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.

Rolando previously worked at BAL as a staff attorney, handling petitions for outstanding researchers and employees with extraordinary ability, as well as PERM labor certification cases. He also has experience working at prominent immigration law firms, managing both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, writing for immigrant visa projects and responding to requests for evidence.

Rolando is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, reading, playing soccer and hiking. He is also a proud pet parent of a cat and a dog.
