Rachel Guenther

Rachel is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office, focusing on employment-based immigration matters for clients in technology and financial services.

Prior to joining BAL, Rachel worked as an associate attorney at a Dallas-Fort Worth–area firm, focusing extensively on employment-based immigration matters. Before the associate role, she clerked for the firm and gained valuable knowledge and experience processing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. In the associate role, Rachel focused extensively on overseeing the firm’s nonimmigrant visa matters, including drafting responses to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, requests for reconsideration and motions to reopen. She was also responsible for completing, representing, responding and attending compliance-based inquiries and site visits on behalf of clients.

In law school, Rachel interned with Mosaic Family Services and a boutique criminal defense firm, gaining unique knowledge of the criminal justice system and its impact on foreign national victims. She is a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.

In her spare time, Rachel likes to read, watch her favorite sports teams and explore local DFW cafes and restaurants.
