Peace Ibe

Peace is an Associate in BAL’s Austin office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration law, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and employment-based permanent residence applications.

Prior to joining BAL, Peace worked with multinational employers on a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, managing nonimmigrant visa and permanent residence processes and preparing complex immigrant petitions, including EB-2 national interest waiver and EB-1A petitions. Earlier in her career, she represented employers in workforce and agricultural immigration matters. Before focusing her practice on immigration law, Peace worked in a corporate law practice, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, debt finance, and emerging company and venture capital transactions.

In her free time, Peace enjoys spending quality time with her family and loved ones.
