Femi is an Associate in BAL’s Boston office, where he manages an amazing team of experienced immigration paralegals. He advises individuals and organizations of all sizes, from small businesses to multinational corporations, across a wide range of industries. His practice includes all aspects of corporate immigration, covering both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, as well as family-based immigration for individuals seeking guidance and representation. Drawing on his own immigration journey, Femi brings empathy and insight to help clients navigate complex legal processes. Before joining BAL, Femi worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Boston. During law school, he gained practical experience as a student attorney at the Suffolk Law School Immigration Clinic, receiving the CLEA Outstanding Clinic Student Award. He also served as the executive editor of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review and as the associate director of the Student Bar Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Outside of work, Femi enjoys spending time with his wife (an engineer) and is passionate about mentoring aspiring lawyers.
