Monika Jordan

Monika is a Staff Attorney at BAL’s Chicago office, working with multinational clients across a wide range of industries. Her practice includes processing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and consulates, handling family-based applications, as well as guiding clients through corporate acquisitions and restructuring.

Before joining BAL, Monika worked for a global corporate immigration law firm in Chicago. She joined BAL shortly after beginning law school and managed both educational and professional responsibilities throughout the duration of her studies. Her key achievements included publication in the UIC Law Review and attending and compiling a summary of the U.N. Human Rights Committee’s review on U.S. treaty compliance.

Outside of work, Monika enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking through national parks and curling up with a good book with her dog and two cats.
