Monika is an Immigration Manager in BAL’s Houston office, where she focuses on corporate global immigration matters for multinational companies in a wide range of industries, including engineering, energy, construction, oil and gas, and information technology. Her expertise focuses on managing BAL’s European program.

Monika oversees operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations while providing efficient and effective solutions for clients. She specializes in strategic planning, having worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies to navigate nuances of immigration law and internal policy structure. In addition to core expertise such as long- and short-term work authorizations, Monika has a strong understanding of document services, including passport acquisitions and apostilles. Her experience working across diverse markets with high-profile organizations has sharpened her ability to provide customized, business-oriented solutions. Prior to BAL, Monika worked as a senior immigration consultant, gaining extensive European immigration experience.
