Michael Miguel

Originally from Guam, Michael Miguel is a Senior Associate at the San Francisco office of BAL. He currently advises and represents multinational corporate clients on U.S. business immigration matters, including immigrant (PERM and I-140, for example) and non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1, among others).

Prior to joining BAL, Michael worked for a well-established boutique law firm in the Bay Area, advising emerging startups and multinational corporations in industries such as e-commerce, software development, telecommunications, medical devices, food services, manufacturing and financial services. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
