Megan Rockett

Megan is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Boston office, working on a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including responses to requests for additional evidence for L-1 cases, I-140 petitions for multinational managers and executives, national interest waivers and adjustment of status applications. Additionally, Megan handles PERM case reviews.

Previously, Megan was a paralegal at BAL, handling nonimmigrant and immigrant cases with a particular focus on PERM. She supported a variety of clients in technology, financial services, biotechnology, travel and consulting.

In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family, including her two cats.
