Meena Rafie

Meena is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, specializing in business immigration and global mobility. She advises clients on work permit options across the globe to meet hiring and training needs in major financial hubs as well as emerging markets.

Meena focuses on the needs of organizations that rely on a global workforce, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she advises human resources and global mobility teams on immigration compliance, corporate restructuring, employee mobility, mergers and acquisitions, and Canada-U.S. cross-border legal matters. Meena also has extensive experience in U.S. immigration across the commercial nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for business executives and employees with critical skills.
