Maura is a Partner in BAL’s Boston office, with deep experience guiding organizations across industries at every stage of growth in immigration program management. She offers particular insight into the complex needs of healthcare clients, including workforce planning, regulatory compliance and highly nuanced sponsorship issues. Prior to joining BAL, Maura was an attorney in the business immigration practice group within a large multiservice law firm in Boston. She is known for her collaborative, relationship-driven approach, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, strategic guidance while fostering strong, trusted partnerships. She is deeply committed to supporting talented professionals and their families in achieving their goals and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact — improving individual lives while helping businesses and institutions reach their workforce objectives. Maura has volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the Rian Immigrant Center and has taken on pro bono matters for KIND, PAIR and MLPB. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and three young children. Maura is an enthusiastic supporter and coach of her kids’ sports teams, and she draws inspiration and strength from pursuing her own fitness goals.
