Marcus is an Associate in BAL’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on nonimmigrant and immigrant procedures, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM labor certification and adjustment of status. He specializes in employment-based immigration matters for clients within the technology, financial services and manufacturing sectors. Prior to BAL, Marcus worked at a full-service immigration law firm handling employment-based and family-based cases. His experience involves guiding employers and individuals through the green card process, including EB-1 and EB-2 national interest waivers. He is also well-versed in processing L-1A multinational managers and executives, L-1B specialized knowledge employees, O-1 individuals of extraordinary ability and TN USMCA professionals for global talent mobility. Marcus is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the co-chair of the Chicago chapter’s new member division. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, volunteering and playing soccer.
