Magdalena “Maggie” Faust

Magdalena is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Chicago office. She focuses on nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, PERM labor certification and employer compliance. With work spanning from Fortune 100 companies to startups, she guides clients through intricate immigration landscapes, including post-M&A scenarios.

Magdalena’s personal immigration journey fuels her passion for ensuring transparent and seamless immigration processes for her clients. She has chaired the Immigration and Nationality Committee at the Chicago Bar Association and played an active role in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Magdalena is also committed to her pro bono work, where she assists in DACA and naturalization cases. Besides her legal pursuits, she treasures family time, exploring new places, cultures and cuisines with her husband, two sons and a Bernedoodle.
