Keith is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. He has a broad range of experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based law, advising both corporate clients and their employees. Keith offers counsel on visa petitions as well as the permanent residency process with a focus on developing and executing strategic solutions to complex immigration challenges—spanning program management, policy development, as well as compliance. He has spoken to professional audiences on immigration topics, and he was recognized as Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch in immigration law for 2024.
Prior to joining BAL, Keith worked for an immigration law firm in Atlanta, where he assisted employers and employees with nonimmigrant visas, labor certifications, immigrant visas, consular representation, I-9 compliance and administrative proceedings, and citizenship matters.
