Justin is a Partner in BAL’s Tysons office. He manages U.S. immigration matters for clients across a variety of industries, ensuring their programs remain strategic and compliant amid an ever-evolving immigration environment. Justin has been practicing immigration law for over 20 years. While well versed in nonimmigrant visa processing, his previous practice focused on PERM, I-140s, I-485s and I-9 worksite compliance issues. He also has a passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to improve the customer experience for individuals going through the stressful visa process in the U.S. Justin serves on the board of directors for the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the rapid response team for WERC and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He has been quoted in the San Francisco Chronicle, Business Insider and San Jose Mercury News, and has lectured on immigration law topics at prominent universities. Outside of work, Justin is a novice musician and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and cheering on the New York Mets.
