Jonathan Creek

Jonathan is an Associate in BAL’s Atlanta office, working on employment-based immigration matters with a particular focus on H-1B and H-4 visas for clients in financial services.

Prior to BAL, Jonathan established his immigration law career focusing on EB-1A, EB-1B, national interest waivers and O-1 visa petitions for clients in technology and academia. He is especially skilled at responding to requests for evidence from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys going to the movies, reading and spending time with his family.
