Jonathan Allen

Jonathan is an Associate in BAL’s Dallas office. He advises clients on a wide array of employment-based immigration matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, with a focus on H-1B, L-1, I-140 and employment-based adjustment of status.

Before joining BAL, Jonathan practiced at a boutique immigration law firm in the Philadelphia area. He advised a range of clients, from multinational corporations, global health services and higher education institutions to researchers, students and professional athletes. In addition to his employment-based knowledge, Jonathan has prior experience with family-based immigration visas, representing families in complex immigration matters.

Jonathan is a current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and previously served as an AILA chapter liaison to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
