Jihan Merlin

Jihan is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL. She provides legal counsel and strategic guidance on all areas of US employment-based immigration law. Her practice includes assisting employers on matters relating to immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, and I-9 compliance.
Jihan has represented clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies in industries that include technology, healthcare, energy, biotech, retail, finance, and consulting services. Jihan's favorite hobbies are running, skiing, and hanging out with her husband and two boys at their local beach in Marblehead, MA.
