Jihan (Jina) Merlin

Jihan is a Senior Associate in the Boston office of BAL. She provides legal counsel and strategic guidance on all areas of U.S. employment-based immigration law. Her practice includes assisting employers on matters relating to immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, labor certification and I-9 compliance.

Jihan has represented clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in industries that include technology, healthcare, energy, biotech, retail, finance and consulting services. Jihan's favorite hobbies are running, skiing and hanging out with her husband and two boys at their local beach in Marblehead, MA.
