Janay Davis

Janay is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. She advises technology clients on employment-based immigration strategies, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence processes, workforce compliance and global mobility matters.

Janay has over 14 years of immigration law experience representing employers, multinational organizations and individuals in complex U.S. immigration matters. Drawing on experience at leading firms, she combines deep legal knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach to help organizations and individuals successfully navigate the evolving immigration landscape. Janay has held leadership and legal positions at some of the world’s most prominent law firms. Throughout her career, she has advised clients on navigating complex immigration regulations, responding to government audits and agency inquiries, managing global mobility matters and developing practical strategies to address workforce immigration challenges.

In her free time, Janay enjoys traveling, attending NFL games and spending time with her family and lovable Yorkie, Dino.
