Jaimie Finlon

Jaimie is an Associate in the Chicago office of BAL. She counsels clients from a wide variety of industries on all U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including E-2, E-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, TN visa classifications as well as corporate L blanket petitions, EB-1 multinational manager immigrant visa petitions, EB-2 outstanding research immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.

Jaimie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association.

She enjoys gardening, catching a spin class and checking out her local farmers’ market with her husband and two dogs.
