Jackie Lun

Jiaxin (Jackie) Lun is an Associate in BAL’s Houston office. She provides legal counsel and representation for corporate clients across diverse industries on both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Her practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including H-1B, L-1, adjustment of status, PERM labor certification and self-petitioned EB-1A and EB-2 national interest waivers.

Before joining BAL, Jackie worked at multiple boutique immigration law firms in the Atlanta metropolitan area, where she gained extensive experience managing a broad range of case types, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, humanitarian relief and writs of mandamus for delayed government adjudications. She has represented both individuals and businesses in diverse industries such as information technology, fintech, education and small business entrepreneurship, among others.

Jackie is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, reading and jigsaw puzzles.
