Hillary Hyduke

Hillary is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. Her work focuses primarily on nonimmigrant visa matters. Hillary has extensive experience with various employment-based visa categories, including H-1B, H-1B1, TN and E-3. She is also skilled in responding to complex government requests for evidence.

Before joining BAL, Hillary was an associate attorney at a global corporate immigration law firm and has over seven years of experience in immigration. She believes in providing practical guidance to all her client stakeholders — legal departments, global mobility teams, human resources, managers and foreign national employees. In her free time, Hillary enjoys traveling and adventures with her husband, toddler daughter, dog and cat.

Hillary is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
