Grace is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s Dallas office. She works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She has experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, EB-1, EB-2 and O-1 visa cases as well as PERM, adjustment of status and responding to requests for evidence.

Prior to joining BAL, Grace served as an in-house associate counsel for an IT services and consulting company based in Frisco, Texas, supporting the in-house immigration program for the foreign national population. She has also worked as an immigration staff attorney at a Massachusetts-based legal aid organization, providing clients comprehensive representation before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Previously, she was a staff member of the Boston University International Law Journal.

In her free time, Grace enjoys running and exploring coffee shops.
