Felipe is an Associate in the Dallas office of BAL, working on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. He facilitates smooth legal immigration solutions that align with the needs and goals of businesses and their international contributors. Felipe focuses on H-1B, L-1, F-1, EB-1MM and adjustment of status, and he also has experience working on O-1, TN, I-140LC, EB-1A/B and national interest waiver case types. He cares about the impact of his work on people’s lives and is passionate about helping individuals and their families achieve their goals in the U.S. Felipe also participates in many extracurricular activities, including the BAL Pro Bono committee, where he has supported naturalization clinics, asylum clinics and humanitarian parole clinics; BAL Gives Back; Dallas LGBT Bar Association; Human Rights First volunteer for pro bono endeavors; and Attorneys Serving the Community. Prior to joining BAL, he worked for a global immigration law firm. In his free time, Felipe loves traveling and getting to know other cultures.
