Edwing is an experienced Senior Associate based in BAL’s Dallas office. Focusing on employment-based cases, includingH-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, and I-140, he advises individuals and corporations while co-managing PERM programs. In 2020, he contributed to the AILA DC Chapter, serving on the Education and Conference Committees. In 2023, Best Lawyers awarded Edwing the “Best Lawyers: Ones to watch” accolade for his outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the U.S. Edwing has represented corporate clients in various industries, including consumer products, retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, transportation, and information technology.
