Divya is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, managing and executing strategic, compliant and business-focused immigration programs. She supports a diverse range of organizations — from startups to Fortune 500 companies — across industries, including technology, finance, pharmaceuticals and nonprofit sectors.

Divya ensures clients receive comprehensive support for their immigration programs. She assists with immigration compliance strategy, corporate restructuring guidance and client onboarding management.

Divya has lived abroad on four different continents and is fluent in five languages, reflecting her commitment to cross-cultural understanding and international collaboration.
