Deokhee Ryu

Deokhee is a Staff Attorney in the Tysons office of BAL. She advises corporate clients on various immigration matters for their foreign national employees. Her experience includes PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions and adjustment of status processes as well as H-1Bs, TNs, L-1s and EB-1 immigrant visa petitions.

Prior to joining BAL, Deokhee worked at a boutique immigration law firm, providing comprehensive immigration services to corporate clients in a range of industries. During law school, she assisted in providing representation to low-income populations in humanitarian-based immigration matters and participated in community outreach programs at the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. She volunteers with Hamkae Center and at a naturalization clinic.
