Daniel is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office specializing in global immigration. He assists multinational companies in navigating complex corporate immigration issues around the globe with a focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Daniel advises clients on work authorization and immigration-related compliance for their global workforces. He provides guidance to clients on how to strategically manage a global workforce based on shifting immigration laws and emerging trends within the countries they operate. Prior to joining BAL, Daniel worked as a legal translator, translating Swedish, Norwegian and Danish legal and business documents for antitrust, antibribery, intellectual property litigation and OFAC investigations. In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family. He’s an avid soccer player, a beginner golfer, enjoys skiing and has a passion for cooking — especially barbecuing.
