Christine Condy

Christine is a Senior Associate in BAL’s San Francisco office. She handles a range of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, helping clients and their employees meet their goals.

Prior to joining BAL, Christine worked primarily in the boutique business immigration arena, helping companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, ranging from biotech and software engineering to the arts. She has background in nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, PERM, EB-1, adjustment of status and consular processing.

Christine is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been involved in the American Immigration Council’s Celebrate America annual creative writing contest for fifth graders for many years. She enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, traveling, reading and watching her daughter play volleyball.
