Christine Annand

Christine is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. She partners with companies of all sizes to design compliant, efficient and attractive immigration programs.

Christine advises multiple client stakeholders, including human resources, talent acquisition, managers and employees on immigration best practices and provides compassionate, attentive service to workers and their families. She has experience with all stages of the immigration journey, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant visas. She also regularly manages large projects, including H-1B cap and corporate restructurings. She is known for devising practical solutions to challenging cases and issues that arise in the ever-evolving immigration landscape.

Prior to BAL, Christine worked at a global immigration law firm in Virginia. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves as a speaker at AILA and industry conferences.
