Charles Lee

Charles is an Associate in BAL’s Santa Clara office. He works closely with business immigration and global mobility specialists on complex legal reviews and strategic guidance. He has experience assisting clients in various matters in the immigration field, including humanitarian visas, family petitions, deferred actions and business immigration.

Originally from South Korea, Charles brings empathy and experience to the table when helping foreign nationals, their families and their employers. Prior to joining BAL, Charles worked at a global business immigration firm supporting foreign nationals from all over the world and at a non-business immigration firm assisting foreign nationals from Central and South America.
