Chad is a Senior Associate at BAL’s Dallas office, and an expert in employment-based immigration. Focused on nonimmigrant visas, he manages H-1B, E, L, and TN employees, and navigates permanent residency complexities. He has worked with multinationals in different sectors, such as technology, real estate and engineering.

Chad is passionate about helping BAL continue to be innovative in corporate immigration and continuously leverages our people and technology to set the standard in our field. He also hopes to hike Patagonia one day.
