“I found my happy place with corporate immigration because it’s such a unique field. Through transformational legal work, we work directly with employers and employees to empower them to pursue their dreams in the U.S.”
Brittany is an Associate in the Santa Clara office of BAL. She works on a broad-spectrum of immigration matters relating to both employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Her current work has a particular concentration on labor certification, immigration visas including EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-1C, and adjustment of status for both family-based and employment-based immigration. In addition, Brittany focuses on responding to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, appeals and motions to reopen and reconsider.
Prior to starting with BAL, Brittany clerked with another well-established corporate immigration firm, where she focused on permanent residence petitions for outstanding researchers and scientists, executives, multinational managers and other foreign nationals of extraordinary ability.
