Brittany is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Santa Clara office. She leads BAL’s writing team, focusing on analyzing current trends and leveraging data-driven insights to set proactive strategies for executives, scientists, high-impact business leaders, artists, athletes, researchers and multinational managers. Brittany is experienced in O-1, L-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C and national interest waiver matters. Her work also involves strategizing and preparing high-pressure, legally sensitive government requests, including responses to appeals, notices of intent to deny and requests for evidence. Prior to her current role, Brittany worked extensively on labor certification applications and adjustment of status filings, as well as a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. Before joining BAL, Brittany clerked at a well-established corporate immigration firm, where she concentrated on permanent residence petitions for outstanding researchers and scientists, executives, multinational managers and other foreign nationals of extraordinary ability. Outside the office, Brittany enjoys exploring Bay Area foodie and coffee spots or hiking the East Bay hills with her dog, Nessie. She is an avid reader and volunteers with independent authors by providing beta reads and editorial feedback. She loves cultivating her garden, sharing homemade goods and crafting. You can also find her cheering on the San Jose Sharks at the Shark Tank.
