Bennett Susman

Bennett is a Staff Attorney in BAL’s New York office. He works on all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Bennett specializes in L-1, EB-1, EB-2, H-1B, O-1 and adjustment of status.

Prior to joining BAL, Bennett handled employment and family-based immigration as well as asylum and removal defense. He has experience managing visa cases for treaty investors, immigrant entrepreneurs and intracompany transferees, and responding to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny and notices of intent to revoke from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Bennett is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, growing plants and being in nature.
