Ashley Tseung

Ashley is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of BAL. She leads and develops employment-based immigration assessment programs for clients and supervises attorneys to ensure cases are progressing and issues are addressed.

As a leader, Ashley provides her expertise on NIV and IV matters to clients and drives updates and programmatic changes based on trends from USCIS/DOS/DOL.

She participates in continued training for attorneys on nuanced immigration concepts and effective management of legal team and caseload and she identifies policy improvements for the immigration team.

Ashley wants to travel to New Zealand, loves to read and hopes to write a book one day.
