Andy Finkle

Andy is a Senior Associate in BAL’s Tysons office. He advises clients on all aspects of employment-based U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Andy’s work focuses primarily on the international transfer of employees into the U.S.

Andy has advised clients of all sizes on U.S. immigration matters since 2007. From Fortune 50 companies to individual investors and family offices, he has helped businesses build their footprint in the U.S. by securing the ability of key employees to work and live in the country.

Andy is a frequent speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the D.C. Bar Association. He takes pride in helping employers and other attorneys navigate the labyrinth of U.S. immigration law because he knows it is a matter of not if but when employers will need answers to immigration questions.

Andy cherishes time with his wife and two boys, enjoying everyday exploration in and around their home in Washington, D.C. He attends as much live comedy and music as he can, and he roots tirelessly for his Nebraska Cornhuskers, Washington Nationals and Arsenal.
