Alexandra is an Associate in BAL’s Tysons office, working on all aspects of employment-based immigration law, with a particular focus on nonimmigrant visas for individuals of extraordinary ability and intracompany transferees. She is also experienced in EB-1 petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and multinational managers and executives. Alexandra has over 10 years of experience as an immigration attorney. She enjoys being a trusted advisor to clients seeking guidance on immigration compliance and strategy. Throughout her legal career, Alexandra has helped businesses of all sizes and industries — including some of the country’s leading technology, manufacturing and entertainment organizations — secure work authorization for their U.S.-bound international employees. She has experience in a wide range of employment-based visas, including H-1B, TN, E-2, L-1 and O-1 nonimmigrant petitions. She has also handled cases for PERM, EB-1 and EB-2 national interest waiver immigrant petitions. Additionally, Alexandra has experience in family-based immigration, waivers of inadmissibility, adjustment of status and naturalization.
