Immigration News - United States September Visa Bulletin: No change in EB-2, EB-3 Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) August 19, 2020 Priority-date cutoffs remain the same next month for all countries under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories next month, according to the State Department’s September Visa Bulletin. China EB-1 and India EB-1 will advance by three weeks. Key dates: EB-1 China EB-1 and India EB- 1 will advance three weeks to March 1, 2018. All other countries under EB-1 will remain current. EB-2 China EB-2 will remain at Jan. 15, 2016. India EB-2 will remain at July 8, 2009. All other countries under EB-2 will remain current. EB-3 China EB-3 will remain at Feb. 15, 2017. India EB-3 will remain at Oct. 1, 2009. The date cutoff for all other countries will remain at to April 1, 2019. Applicants seeking to file for adjustment of status are reminded that the chart does not take effect unless U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services confirms that it does via a web posting in the coming days.
