United States | USCIS forms updates regarding PERM adjustment status and EB-5 investors

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has updated certain forms and only the Jan. 20, 2025, editions will be accepted starting May 28, including temporary to permanent resident status adjustment and EB-5 investor forms.

Key Forms:

• Starting May 28, 2025, only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of certain forms will be accepted, including:
  • Form I-698, Application to Adjust Status from Temporary to Permanent Resident
  • I-526, Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor
  • Form I-526E, Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor
  • I-829, Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status
• Until May 28, the April 1, 2024, editions of the above forms can be used.
• The edition date and further instructions can be found at the bottom of the form page.
