U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services listed updates that show only the Jan. 20 edition of certain forms will be accepted starting March 24 and designated dates thereafter.

Key Points:

• Only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of the following forms will be accepted starting March 24, 2025:
  • Form I-356, Request for Cancellation of Public Charge Bond
  • Form I-914, Application for T Nonimmigrant Status
  • Form I-941, Application for Entrepreneur Parole

• Only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of the following forms will be accepted starting April 3, 2025:
  • Form G-325A, Biographic Information (for Deferred Action)
  • Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
  • Form I-485 Supplement A, Adjustment of Status Under Section 245(i)
  • Form I-485 Supplement J, Confirmation of Valid Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204(j)

• Only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of the following forms will be accepted starting April 4, 2025:
  • Form I-131, Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records
  • Form N-400, Application for Naturalization

• Only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of the following forms will be accepted starting April 17, 2025:
  • Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition
  • Form I-910, Application for Civil Surgeon Designation

• Only the Jan. 20, 2025, edition of the following form will be accepted starting May 5, 2025:
  • Form I-918, Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status

Prior editions for all forms listed can be used until the respective date indicated above.
