Immigration News - United States Additional USCIS petition types may be filed online Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) November 4, 2019 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced last week that it has expanded its online filing services to more petition types. The following petitions types may now be filed online: Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status for additional applicants, now including those holding L-2 and H-4 status. Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card. Form N-336, Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings (Under Section 336 of the INA). Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Form N-565, Application for Replacement of Naturalization/Citizenship Document. Form N-600, Application for Certificate of Citizenship. Form N-600K, Application for Citizenship and Issuance of Certificate Under Section 322. Background: USCIS began providing electronic filing options for certain forms in May and will gradually expand the option to more forms. To file online, applicants must create an online account at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.
