Immigration News - Peru COVID-19: Deadline extended for Temporary Permanence Permit Card applications Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) January 24, 2022 The Peruvian government has extended the application deadline for Temporary Permanence Permit Cards by 90 days. Key Points: As of Jan. 6, foreign nationals with abnormal immigration statuses have an additional 90 days to apply for a Temporary Permanence Permit Card. This extension allows foreign nationals who entered Peru with irregular status before Oct. 22, 2020, extra time to normalize their immigration status in Peru, as well as provides a route for foreigners with a terminated permanence permit. Foreign nationals can begin the application process with the Digital Migration Agency through this website.
