Kazakhstan | Foreign worker quota applications now accepted

The Kazakh government has begun accepting foreign worker quota applications for 2025.

Key Points:

• The Employment and Social Programs Department is responsible for establishing a 2025 quota for foreign labor recruitment.
• Applications are submitted by the region where a company operates. The deadline to apply is Oct. 1.
  • The quota excludes foreign workers transferred within a company (intracompany transferees).
