Immigration News - Indonesia COVID-19 policies ended for some visa, permit applications Share this article LinkedIn Facebook X (Twitter) July 6, 2023 IMPACT — MEDIUM The Indonesian government announced that it has ended COVID-19 visa policies for those applying for certain visas and permits. Key Points: As of July 3, foreign nationals applying for work and stay permits at the Ministry of Manpower are no longer required to have: Proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. A statement letter of willingness to comply with health policies in Indonesia. Health or travel insurance covering COVID-19. Indonesian authorities have yet to announce if the requirements above have been lifted for single entry visa or multiple entry visa applications. Foreign nationals can no longer apply for new work and stay permits and single entry visas while in Indonesia; they must now leave the country and reapply. Additional Information: Indonesian authorities have removed COVID-19 checkpoints at airports and seaports, and officials will no longer request proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
